Masterclass Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast and After School Club Supervisor to join our team and support the running of a before- and after-school provisions at one of our fantastic Primary schools in Huddersfield (HD8). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the care, safety, and wellbeing of children, while providing engaging activities that encourage learning and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children in a range of fun and educational activities during breakfast and after-school sessions.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Manage children’s behaviour using positive reinforcement techniques, promoting respect, responsibility, and kindness.
• Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth and effective operation of the club.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
• A warm, friendly, and approachable personality with the ability to inspire and motivate children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when required.
• A genuine passion for making a positive impact on children’s lives.
• An understanding of health and safety guidelines and safeguarding policies.
