Classroom Assistant

Monday – Friday
08:30am – 03:30pm
£82.50 – 85.00 daily
The Role:
- working with children 1:1 or delivering sessions with small groups of students
- Aiding the teachers in delivering lessons, managing classroom activities, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
- taking children on trips and visits
- having their lunch with children who struggle socially
- managing heightened behaviours and keeping children safe
- celebrating success
- part of therapy sessions or reflecting on difficult periods
The School:
We are working with a superb secondary school in the Littlehampton area. The students have a background of SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health). They require additional support with individual learning plans to ensure they remain engaged with the current curriculum. The school is situated a short walk from the train station and on popular bus routes, if needed.

- Holds GCSE’S in Maths & English grade A*-C 4-9 or equivalent

Must have:
