Classroom Assistant (Secondary)

08:30am – 03:30pm
£82.50 – 85.00 daily
The School:
We are working with a fantastic school in the Littlehampton area. Their aim is to ensure that all children can learn without fear of judgement and that they feel valued and seen. It is located just a short walk from the train station and is on many popular bus routes if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and small group support to students
- Assist with the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons and learning activities, under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Assist with the assessment and monitoring of students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and helping to implement intervention strategies where necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, other teaching assistants, and external professionals to meet the diverse needs of students.
