Job Title: Early Years Practitioner (with Level 3)

Start Date: 2nd September 2024 – immediate start following successful trial

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children aged 0-5 years. You will plan and deliver high-quality activities, monitor child development, and work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child’s growth.
The role is term time only, 39 weeks including 5 days training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and nursery events.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
