Masterclass are seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher. You will be working alongside a resourceful team at their residential school in Westerham. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join the team and support the students in achieving their full potential.
Job Description:
As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, differentiated English lessons to students with a range of special educational needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualised education plans and provide the necessary support to ensure each student’s academic and personal development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Ideally experience with Teaching GCSE’s
- Experience with SEN is desirable however not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Must have:
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
