Masterclass Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to an outstanding school in Redbridge to start ASAP.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students across various age groups and proficiency levels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic success and personal growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic English lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies and resources to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum enhancements and enrichment activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching English to students of varying ages and abilities.
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
