Masterclass are seeking a motivated and passionate KS1 Class Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in the Crawley area. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning experience for our Key Stage 1 pupils.

What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS and experience in Key Stage 1/2
- A creative and reflective practitioner who can plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early childhood development
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to maintaining high expectations for all pupils and promoting a nurturing classroom ethos
- Willingness to contribute to wider school life and continuous improvement

Must have:
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- A DBS on the Updates Service
- Commitment to safeguarding students and young people
