They are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced KS1 Phase Leader to join the dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the KS1 phase, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, and contributing to the overall development of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the KS1 team, providing support and guidance to teachers and support staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning within the phase.
- Develop and implement strategies to raise standards and improve pupil outcomes.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to contribute to whole-school improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all pupils.
- Engage with parents and the wider community to support pupil learning and development.
About You:
- Significant experience in Primary Education.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff and pupils.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and school improvement.
