We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team. As a member of their teaching staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the students and contribute to their development academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons across a range of subjects, tailored to the needs and interests of students.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Differentiating instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and interests, and providing appropriate challenge and support as needed.
- Using a variety of assessment methods to monitor students’ progress, identify areas for development, and provide timely feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support students’ holistic development and well-being.
- Participating in professional development opportunities and reflective practice to enhance teaching practice and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ECTs Welcome to Apply!
- Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of children.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to innovate and try new approaches to teaching and learning.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
- Ability to contribute to the wider life of the school community through extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives.
