The Role
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people and be committed to helping them reach their full potential.
- Have a person-centred approach to your work and provide high quality support and guidance
- To keep children/young people safe during their time at school through safeguarding and good practice
- Participate in activities that encourage social engagement and personal growth.
- Developing an understanding of the needs of the students you will be working with.
- Our schools offer extensive fully funded training opportunities, such as:
- Teaching or TA qualifications
- Industry training in Crisis Intervention, Epilepsy, Safeguarding, First Aid & Administering Medication
- Registered Behaviour Technician qualification
- Completion of the UK ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) Education Competence Framework, and more

Availability:

- Must be available between 8.30am and 3.30pm

Must have:

· Ability to work well independently and as a team
· A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
