Masterclass Education are currently working with a variety of mainstream primary schools in Tonbridge and surrounding areas and is now looking to expand their primary teachers pool.
The continuation of pupils’ learning during their educational journey is of the highest importance to schools. Unfortunately, there are unforeseeable absences that are impacting the staff levels of schools across Kent.
MCE aim to keep candidates within thirty minutes of their home, or within candidates’ agreed distances, as well as working with candidates to ensure their availability and needs are met. Masterclass Education are looking for teachers who are looking for:
- Short-term
- Day-to-day supply
- Long-term
As well as teachers who are looking for long-term, fixed-term supply in between roles. Many of MCE’s teachers find themselves permanent roles within schools they have attended on supply days.
The ideal candidate:
- Hold QTS (ECTs welcome!)
- Positive, upbeat and have a good sense of humour
- Hold a driving licence or comfortable with public transport
- Hold an enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
