The Role:
As a MMS, you will work closely with the teaching staff to support students with a range of complex needs, including but not limited to autism, physical disabilities, and learning difficulties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with complex needs is highly desirable.
- An awareness of food allergy (Training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently when required.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school environment.
