Primary Supply Teachers

Pay: £120-£130 a day

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join our team and support various schools across Worthing and surrounding areas. As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity in pupils’ education during teacher absences. Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced teacher, this role offers flexibility and a diverse teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across all primary stages (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
- Follow the school’s curriculum and guidelines while ensuring engaging and creative lesson delivery.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and maintain professionalism.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the school or create your own when required.
- Provide feedback and complete necessary assessments where applicable.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in teaching across primary age groups (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
- Ability to adapt to different learning environments.
- Strong communication skills and classroom management.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and reliable with a passion for teaching.
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
