Primary Teacher (Home visits)

Pay: M1 – U3

Are you an experienced Primary teacher looking for a change of scenery from the classroom?
Masterclass are seeking an enthusiastic primary school teacher to work with students who are unable to access mainstream education. You will be visiting primary aged students at their homes and delivering your lessons accordingly, this is dependent on the student’s individual needs.
The ideal candidate:
- Holds QTS
- Has experience with SEMH (social, emotion and mental health) students however this is not essential
- Can drive and has access to a car
- Can plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Can collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of students
- Can assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
Masterclass Education provide CPD recognised online training, covering subjects such as Safeguarding, Autism Awareness, Understanding Child Development, Violence Reduction, and more, to all of our candidates.
Must have:
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding students and young people
