Are you an Early Careers Teaching looking to gain extra experience? Or are you an experienced teacher wanting a role where planning is not required?
Masterclass Education South Coast are working with an amazing “Good” Ofsted rated primary school requiring a PPA teacher to join their fantastic team. The successful candidate would be employed through Masterclass and them transition into a permanent member. As a PPA Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across different year groups and subjects, supporting our primary teaching team and ensuring continuity and quality in education.
Masterclass Education provide CPD recognised online training, covering subjects such as Safeguarding, Autism Awareness, Understanding Child Development, Violence Reduction, and more, to all of our candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Covering classes across various year groups during teachers’ PPA time
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities effectively
- Maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment
- Providing support and guidance to students as needed
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching and learning experiences
- Assisting with assessment and feedback processes
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ECTs Welcome to Apply!
- Experience teaching across different primary school year groups and subjects
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively with colleagues
