They are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Primary Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Year 3 students, fostering their academic progress and personal development. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration within a supportive school community.


  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that align with the Year 3 curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on student progress and achievement.
  • Participate in school-wide events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.
  • Uphold school policies and procedures, including those related to behaviour management, safeguarding, and health and safety.

  • Qualified Teacher Status – ECTs welcome to apply!
  • Experience teaching primary school students, preferably across different year groups.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in response to changing classroom dynamics
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
