Masterclass Education are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school, committed to providing a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for the children. They are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Primary Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Year 3 students, fostering their academic progress and personal development. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration within a supportive school community.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that align with the Year 3 curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
- Assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on student progress and achievement.
- Participate in school-wide events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.
- Uphold school policies and procedures, including those related to behaviour management, safeguarding, and health and safety.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status – ECTs welcome to apply!
- Experience teaching primary school students, preferably across different year groups.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in response to changing classroom dynamics
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
