Masterclass Education are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school who are seeking an enthusiastic Teacher ready to inspire young minds, foster creativity, and cultivate a lifelong love for learning. On the outskirts of Crawley, we are working with a ‘Good’ Ofsted rated, 2 form entry, primary school who require a dedicated and inspiring teacher to join their fantastic KS2 team this September. Masterclass Education provide CPD recognised online training, covering subjects such as Safeguarding, Autism Awareness, Understanding Child Development, Violence Reduction, and more, to all of our candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across a range of subjects, in accordance with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning.
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technology to cater to the diverse learning needs and interests of students.
  • Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to ensure maximum student growth and achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of students.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ECTs welcome to apply!
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably across key stages 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
