Job Title: Qualified Nursery/EYFS Assistant
Location: Rye, East Sussex
Salary: £85 – £95 daily rate
Contract: Permanent, Monday – Friday, Term time only.

Masterclass are working with a fabulous primary school in the Rye area. They believe in creating a stimulating and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive at their own pace. They are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual who has previous experience in a primary school and a nursery setting. The ideal candidate would also promote good knowledge of KS1.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a nursery and/or early years setting.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, with a clear understanding of child protection policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children within their early years, across the Nursery and Primary school setting.
Masterclass Education provide CPD recognised online training, covering subjects such as Safeguarding, Autism Awareness, Understanding Child Development, Violence Reduction, and more, to all of our candidates.
Must have:
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding students and young people
