Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the school’s administrative functions, including scheduling, facilities maintenance, and general school operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain accurate student records and manage the school’s database.
- Assist with the organization of school events and activities.
- Provide administrative support to the school leadership team and teaching staff.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting and using SIMS (although not essential).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
