Job Title: School Receptionist
Location: Crowborough
Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £425.10 per week
Immediate start, Term time only.

Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for the school, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the heart of our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, staff, and students, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain an organised and presentable reception area.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and managing school databases.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be:
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask effectively.
- Professional in appearance and conduct.
- Holds a DBS on the update service
