About the Role:
Masterclass Education is seeking a motivated and innovative Secondary ICT Teacher for a wonderful school in Crawley. The school prides itself on its mission to help empower students with social and emotional needs. This full-time position is ideal for an individual passionate about technology and teaching, dedicated to helping students develop their ICT skills. This role has become available as the previous teacher has now progressed into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver ICT lessons tailored to the ability levels of students.
- Teach students about technology principles and how to use basic ICT tools effectively.
- Record, monitor, and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance.
- Motivate students to fulfil their potential and foster a positive learning environment.
- Set and mark assignments and maintain up-to-date school records.
- Ensure safeguarding policies are adhered to, promoting student welfare.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for education.
- Dedication to the field of ICT and encouraging student engagement.

Salary: Paid to scale, based on experience and qualifications.
