About the Role
Masterclass Education are looking for a passionate and motivated Maths Teacher to join a thriving and dynamic secondary school in the Eastbourne area. The schools prides itself on its inclusive learning environment. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students and foster a love for mathematics through engaging, high-quality teaching at Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially Key Stage 5.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective maths lessons in line with the curriculum
- Prepare students for exams, ensuring strong progress and achievement
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Mathematics or related field
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students to excel in maths
