SEN Lunchtime Supervisor
Location: Worthing
Salary: £13.69 per hour
Hours: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Term-Time Only
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and caring Lunchtime Supervisor to join a fabulous team and help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized lunchtime experience for the children. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising children in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during lunch breaks, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring the well-being of all pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise children during lunch in the dining hall, playground, and indoor areas.
- Encourage good manners and positive social interactions during meals.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.
- Support children with their meals where needed.
- Monitor playground activities, ensuring children play safely and resolving minor conflicts.
- Respond to incidents and report any concerns to senior staff in line with school policies.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Awareness of safeguarding and health & safety procedures (training provided).
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
