About the School:
This well-resourced and inclusive SEN Primary School supports pupils with a range of complex needs, including (ASD), communication difficulties, and developmental delays. The Role:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet individual EHCPs
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Work closely with TAs, therapists, and families to ensure holistic support
- Monitor progress and contribute to reviews and reporting
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social development
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
- Experience or a strong interest in working with pupils with SEN
- A creative, patient, and adaptable teaching approach
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusive practice and pupil well-being

Must have:
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding students and young people
