About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, adapted lessons to learners with a range of additional needs, ensuring each student feels safe, supported and empowered to progress. Class sizes are small, with strong TA support and a focus on communication, independence and life skills.
We are looking for someone who:
• Holds QTS
• Has experience working with SEN learners (any age)
• Can differentiate teaching to meet a wide range of needs
• Brings a nurturing, patient and resilient approach
• Is passionate about inclusive education and holistic development
