SEN Teaching Assistant – Support. Empower. Inspire.
We’re looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team in a welcoming school in Chichester. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties)
- Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised learning plans
- Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills
- Promote an inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
✅ About You:
- Experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting)
- Calm, patient, and resilient with a nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs

Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / 8.30-3.30 / Term time only
Salary: £89 a day
