Masterclass are working with a superb school site who provide support to students who have special additional needs and require that additional support. Job Description: We are currently seeking dynamic and adaptable supply teachers to cover short-term absences, maternity leaves, and other temporary vacancies across various grade levels and subject areas. As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning for the students in the absence of their regular teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing engaging and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students across various levels and subject areas.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and student engagement.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and implementing appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary.
- Collaborating with school staff and administrators to support the smooth functioning of the school during periods of teacher absence.
Masterclass Education are seeking experienced and passionate primary supply teachers to join their team. The role offers huge flexibility and offers a wide range of experience across all settings and year groups within our network.
Are you an ECT? This is a great opportunity to obtain great experience in a variety of different schools and year groups.
Must Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience working as a teacher in a school setting
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Current DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
- Availability to work on short notice and travel to different school locations within the designated area.
