Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for covering classes across various year groups, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular teaching staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Provide feedback to the regular teacher about the class and any issues that arose during the lesson.
- Adapt to different subjects and year groups as required.
- Always ensure the safety and well-being of students.
- Engage with students to maintain their interest and participation in lessons.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ECTs Welcome to Apply!
- Experience teaching in a classroom setting.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and subjects.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
