About the Role
Masterclass are working with three thriving Primary schools who are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant’s. The schools are located in Worthing and Arundel and are easily accessible by car and public transport. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality education by assisting teachers, working with students, and promoting a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
- Help maintain an inclusive and safe classroom environment.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
- Supervise and assist students during activities, breaks, and outings.
- Prepare and organise teaching materials and classroom resources.
- Monitor and report student progress to teachers.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about education and student success.
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different learning needs.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures (training can be provided).

- Ability to work well independently and as a team

- A DBS on the Updates Service
