Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support students with their academic and social development
- Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources
- Participate in school activities and events
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- A passion for working with children and helping them succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable
