Teaching Assistant – Secondary (April Start)
Monday – Friday
8.30am- 3.30pm
£85-£95 Daily Rate
We are currently working with an amazing and welcoming school who are currently looking for passionate and personable Secondary Teaching Assistants that can assist and support children in learning. The school have a genuinely comprehensive intake and work hard to meet the needs of all their students, from those who come to them with exceptional talents and abilities to those who require additional support to succeed.
If you are an enthusiastic, passionate and highly-motivated Teaching Assistant who is excited about learning and committed to providing the highest quality of support to children, this is the role for you
Job Role:
- Provide academic and pastoral support to 11-16 year olds
- Work alongside supportive and friendly Secondary Teachers
- Provide 1:1 support and guidance to students with SEN
- Deliver small group interventions
- Monitor and Track Progress
- Guide, motivate and empower students so they are ready for post-school life!

Availability:
- Monday – Friday (Full and Part Time)
- Must be available between 8.30 and 3.30
- Term Time only
Must have:
- A caring, patient nature
- Friendly and nurturing qualities
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
