About Us: Masterclass Education are a leading education recruitment agency currently supporting many amazing schools across the country. Our South Coast office are working with a dedicated primary school in the Crawley area who require a teaching assistant to work across the classes and can start immediately.
The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education to their students. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting teachers in preparing lesson materials
- Supporting classroom management
- Providing one-on-one assistance to students who need extra help.
- Supervising students during lessons and activities
- Assisting with grading assignments and providing feedback
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement educational plans.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is an advantage, but not essential as full training is given.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners.
- Familiarity with educational technology and software is a plus.
