Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Unqualified Secondary Teacher to join their dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about teaching and looking to gain classroom experience. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of qualified teachers to deliver lessons and support student learning across various subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Support classroom management and help create a positive learning environment.
- Work with individual students and small groups to provide additional support and guidance.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to qualified teachers.
- Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities.

- A strong interest in education and a passion for working with young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and take direction.

Desirable Attributes:
- Previous experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- A degree in a relevant subject area.
- Knowledge of current educational practices and methodologies.
- A willingness to pursue teaching qualifications in the future.
