They are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 Primary School Teacher to join their passionate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Year 1 students, nurturing their curiosity, and supporting their academic and personal development. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners and contribute to their journey of discovery and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that align with the Year 1 curriculum and educational objectives.
- Create a warm and supportive classroom environment where students feel valued, safe, and encouraged to explore and learn.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with special educational needs and English language learners.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technologies to enhance learning and promote active participation.
- Assess student progress through ongoing formative assessment and periodic evaluations, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication, parent meetings, and involvement in school events.
- Participate in professional development activities and reflective practice to continuously improve teaching effectiveness and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

- Holds QTS (ECTs welcome to apply!)
- Are knowledgeable across primary key stages.
- Are positive, inspiring, and upbeat.
- Are drivers or very good with public transport?
