About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire and nurture young learners, fostering a love for learning while delivering an engaging and creative curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school’s values and ethos.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school life.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to engage and inspire children.
- Strong classroom management skills and high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
