They are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engaging and innovative lessons that inspire a love of learning in our students. They will create a supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected, and where diversity is celebrated. The Year 3 Teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum, ensuring that all students are challenged and supported to achieve their very best.
Masterclass Education provide CPD recognised online training, covering subjects such as Safeguarding, Autism Awareness, Understanding Child Development, Violence Reduction, and more, to all of our candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students in Year 3.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn.
- Assess student progress regularly and use data to inform planning and differentiation.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and interventions.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school events as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ECTs welcome to apply!
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in Year 3.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Willingness to participate fully in the wider life of the school community.
