The Role:
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Support the development of literacy, numeracy, and broader skills through creative teaching
- Monitor pupil progress and provide tailored support where needed
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching at Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 3)
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
- A nurturing, reflective, and enthusiastic teaching approach
- A passion for developing pupils’ confidence and curiosity
