Position Overview:
They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that inspire learning and promote the academic progress of our Year 4 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of Year 4 students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and foster a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning needs of students, including those with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and development.
- Utilize a range of teaching resources, technologies, and pedagogical approaches to enhance student engagement and achievement.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECTs Welcome to Apply!
- Previous experience teaching Year 4 or relevant primary school experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
