Masterclass Education are working with an excellent SEN school in the Crowborough area who currently require a youth worker to join their team!
The school boasts some fab facilities and have a fabulous team who support students with special educational needs. These students have moderate learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties or profound multiple learning difficulties. You will be providing one-to-one support to students and assisting them with their learning and personal development. They promote a warm and welcoming atmosphere almost their staff personnel.
Who you are
- Calm and caring
- Resilient
- Good at deescalating difficult situations
- A potential background in SEN whether that be personal or volunteering/ in a school setting
- You may have experience in a similar role (Care, childcare, support worker) or be a trainee new to the profession.
