Masterclass Education is working with a lovely primary school in Chichester to find a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for a Key Stage 2 class, delivering engaging lessons that bring learning to life while creating a classroom where every child feels included, challenged and supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons that inspire pupils to learn.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Creating a calm, inclusive classroom where pupils can thrive.
• Assessing progress and adapting lessons to meet the needs of every learner.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and support one another.
• Playing an active part in the wider school community.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, although Early Career Teachers are very welcome to apply.
• Is enthusiastic, organised and passionate about helping children achieve their best.
• Builds positive relationships and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Has strong classroom management and a creative approach to teaching.
• Wants to make a real difference to children’s learning and confidence.
