Bank SEN Teaching Assistant – Crawley Area

We are currently recruiting Bank SEN Teaching Assistants to work within a friendly and supportive SEN primary school in the Crawley area. You will be supporting children with their education and adapting your support throughout the day dependent on the individual. The school boosts some excellent facilities like a well-equipped sensory room, outside play area and calm rooms.
This is a flexible role where you can choose your availability. We will contact you on a weekly basis to discuss upcoming shifts and confirm when you are available to work.
Working Hours:
- 8:30am – 3:45pm
- Term Time only
The Role:
- Supporting children with Special Educational Needs within a primary school setting
- Assisting pupils with their learning, development, and wellbeing
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a care, support, or education setting
- Experience supporting children or adults with SEN and/or learning difficulties desirable
- A patient, caring, and positive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and flexibility
