Bank Teaching Assistants
Location: Various Primary and SEN Schools in Worthing and surrounding areas
Contract: Flexible / Ad-hoc / Ongoing
Pay: £80 – £90 a day
Are you an enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? We’re currently building our bank of supply staff to support local schools with short-term, long-term, and day-to-day cover.
As a Bank Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils across a range of settings, helping teachers deliver engaging lessons, and ensuring every child feels supported and encouraged in their learning. You’ll adapt to different classrooms, bring a positive attitude, and be ready to make a difference wherever you’re needed.
Responsibilities:

Support pupils in class, both one-to-one and in small groups

Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Provide support to pupils with additional learning needs, where required
Requirements:

Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
-
A flexible, proactive, and positive approach

DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Availability for short notice work
