This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates, support workers, childcare professionals, or anyone considering a future career in education.
The Role
- Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning
- Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
- Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, and additional learning needs
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
We Are Looking For
- A positive, patient, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
- A genuine passion for supporting learning and development
- Reliability and flexibility
