Position: Drama Teacher

Salary: £38,766 to 60,092
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Drama lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 (potential for Key Stage 5).
- Plan, prepare, and evaluate schemes of work and lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Encourage creativity and help students develop a passion for Drama both inside and outside the classroom.
- Participate in extracurricular drama activities and school productions.
- Foster a positive learning environment with high expectations of behavior and academic achievement.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Drama Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Drama and performing arts.
- Ability to create an inclusive and inspiring classroom environment.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Experience with various teaching methods and techniques to engage diverse learners.
