Learning Support Assistant – SEN All-Through School
Portsmouth
Full-time | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: £95 – £100 per day
We are delighted to be seeking a Teaching Support to join a welcoming SEN all-through school in the Portsmouth area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is confident working across different classrooms, supporting pupils with a range of needs throughout the school day.
This role would suit an adaptable and flexible individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the ever-changing nature of an SEN Teaching Support role, rather than being based in just one classroom.

The Role:
- Supporting pupils across multiple classrooms throughout the school
- Assisting students with a range of special educational needs
- Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
- Helping to create a safe, positive, and vibrant learning environment
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal development
The Ideal Candidate:
- Flexible and adaptable to different classroom settings and pupil needs
- Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting children with SEN
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Previous experience is welcomed but not essential
