Masterclass Education is currently working with a lovely primary school just outside of Chichester that is looking to welcome a passionate teacher to their team.
Set in a beautiful countryside location, the school has a really warm and supportive feel, with a strong focus on creating a positive environment for both pupils and staff. The school caters for children aged 4–11 and is well known locally for its caring approach, inclusive values, and commitment to helping every child thrive.

The Role
As a Primary School Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons across your assigned year group
- Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, and social and emotional challenges
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to curriculum planning and wider school initiatives
- Promote positive behaviour and support pupils during lessons, transitions, and school activities
- Inspire confidence, independence, and a love of learning in every pupil
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate teacher who has:
- Previous experience teaching children or young people within a school setting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to classroom management
- A proactive mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development
- A genuine passion for inspiring and supporting young learners
Essential Requirements
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
