Salary: M1 – M3 (M4-M6 also considered)

Masterclass are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Crawley area from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality education and making a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development.
The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create a positive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
- Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Contribute to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Be committed to supporting all learners, including those with additional needs
- Have a positive, proactive, and flexible approach

Must have:
