Primary Supply Teacher
Location: Chichester and surrounding areas
Contract: Full-time | Part-time | Adhoc
Salary: £135 – £150 a day

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Chichester and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are looking for flexible work while gaining experience in different school environments.
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage the classroom effectively, and ensure pupils remain engaged in their learning throughout the school day. You may work across a variety of year groups within the primary phase, supporting schools with short-term, day-to-day, or longer-term cover when needed.
This role is ideal for experienced teachers seeking flexible work, as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are keen to gain valuable classroom experience, build confidence, and develop their teaching practice across different settings.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Be adaptable, confident, and able to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
