Primary Supply Teacher – Flexible Work Across Local Schools
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to gain experience in different school settings while maintaining a great work–life balance.
The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Adapt quickly to new settings and build rapport with pupils and staff
- Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding
- Provide feedback to the class teacher at the end of the day
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Confident teaching across the primary age range
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and professional approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
