SEN Teacher (College Site)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a specialist college provision. The college is committed to supporting students with Cerebral Palsy, providing a vibrant learning environment tailored to their individual needs.
You’ll be working in a setting that offers exceptional facilities, including a spacious forest area enjoyed regularly by students and sensory rooms designed to help them regulate their emotions and enhance their learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of students.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support.
- Utilise the sensory and outdoor spaces to enrich the curriculum.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with physical disabilities or complex needs.
- Strong understanding of adaptive teaching methods and assistive technologies.
- Compassion, patience, and creativity in supporting learners’ progress.
